What is the scariest movie moment of all time? ?

Describe in great detail, what you believe to be the scariest movie moment of all time. It can range from a scene from a horror flick to a movie that is of another genre but had a scary sequence that was unexpected.

The shower scene in Alfred Hitchcock’s “Psycho”

Old movie, may be.. but still a classic.

What is the scariest movie you have seen lately?

I am having a scar-a-thon, movie watch this Halloween with my family and their children. The kids are at least 12yrs old and up. I want to scare the bajebbas out of them. The scariest movies I have seen lately are The Skeleton Key and The Messengers…oh and The Grudge. What have you all seen that is scarier?

The Descent, The Hitchhiker, Saw 1, 2, and 4 (3 is okay…), The Grudge (1 and 2). The hitchhiker is realistic, and should start the fun. Each of the Saw movies are fun to watch in chronological order, then The Descent, which is on the edge of reality, and then the Grudge to make ‘em have something to remember.

Would most people today wait for the movie to come out instead of reading the book?

I’m doing a school assignment, and my thesis is that most people would wait to see the movie instead of reading the book. Any experiences, opinions, facts, and numbers would be greatly appreciated :]

They are lazy or their schedule is too full. It takes days to read a good long book, it takes perhaps two hours to watch a movie…and you get popcorn. In my opinion, the books are usually better then the movies.

What is the scariest movie of all time?

I want to watch a super scary movie with my man tonight. What is the SCARIEST movie of all time?
Have you ever seen or heard of the movie Mirror Mirror? It came out in 1991. Thanks! 10PTS to best answer!

Personally I am not too much into the older scary movies like the exorcist one of the scariest (newer) movies I have seen is the descent. Wow, I am a big horror movie fan and I have seen a ton of horror movies in my day but the descent creeped me out. I will tell you this much I watched it about a month ago.. keep in mind that I am 20 years old and I had to sleep with the light on lol no joke, I havent come close to that before. Another one I thought was pretty good also is called dead end. That one is more of a low budget movie but It was pretty good also. And yeah mirror mirror I watched that when I was a kid, eh it was creepy, but not give you nightmares kind of horror. Well any way have fun!!

Horror movies: What is the scariest movie you ever seen?

I think the scariest movie I ever seen was “The Exorcist”.

The list of scariest movies here is a good start. There are a lot of scary videos to choose from. As time goes on, it seems the best scary movies of all time are some of the older ones. Occasionally, a new one will come out that is good. It Waits the movie is one of my favorites. The Ring is another one. The scariest movies ever always the ones that stay with you long after it’s over.
