It Waits

What movie gives you chills, makes you scream, makes you jump, keeps you on the edge of your seat, what movie keeps you awake at night every time you watch it? I was just wondering because a few friends and I are getting together for a scary movie night so can you suggest some really horrifying movies?
Oh and just another question…have you ever seen a movie called “Wax works” it is a very old movie but I just saw it and I love it now. What do you think of it (if you have seen it).

I was young and I barely remember either movie, but I know I will never watch them again. The scene in when a stranger calls when the killer is walking down the steps and you see his shadow, I still get scared when I am home alone picturing that shadow.

I need suggestions. What's the scariest movie you've ever seen? No, not the goriest, but the scariest that will leave me absolutely lost and traumatized for weeks after seeing it, either psychological or supernatural…

"The Exorcist" for sure…all the religious references, the flashing pictures of the devil, *shudder* it really freaks me out.

I've had the experience of waiting for a movie to come out only to find out it got not-so-great reviews. So do you stay away from reviews for new movies and just go see it anyway?
