well since halloween season is near, i wanna know what is the scariest movie you have ever watched. and WHY.:)

28 WEEKS LATER was scary because it seemed to be so real…Hundreds of infected humans running fast and chasing the survivors in the deserted streets of a post–apocalypse London…Horribles scenes of zombies biting.lynching and eating non–infected humans…What is paradoxal in this movie is the fact that almost all new contaminations were unvoluntareely caused by a human who feels some pity for a child or someone whose symptoms are not yet visible…For instance the fatal mistake of the man who feels sorry and kisses her contamined wife ..
The way the director shooted the scenes was incredibly realistic, thats why people feel so scared even hours after having watched the movie…

Also there is this spanish movie REC., which also deals about infected humans who kill other humans, but this time it has something to do with a kind of witchcraft, and the scene actually takes place only in a building that is locked up for quarantine by police of Madrid.
The last minutes have traumatised me so much that I couldnt even turn off the lights at home during a couple of days…

A recent movie that was also terribly scary is MIRRORS, as the director managed to make us think that mere mirrors could be like ghosts and harm us…It seems so real, due to the special effects and the unstandable atmosphere…The bathroom scene has shocked me forever…Oh my God, How dare they do so horrible movies…

Another classic scary movie is obviously THE OMEN, with all this antechrist /devil / 666 topic… Even the music scares the hell out of me…
